Client Satisfaction -
Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) this project is
designed to develop best practice guidelines and sample satisfaction tools that
incorporate a variety of collection methods and forms suited for targeted
information needs. The tools developed will be for used to:
maintain/improve quality in clinics
help clinics keep a competitive edge (what added value is provided, what clients want from the clinic, what constitutes satisfaction from the client's perspective)
improve health outcomes (determine if clients retained good health messages)
HIV Risk Assessment; an assessment of HIV training needs in region V family planning clinics and an assessment of HIV infection and risk among women in region V - 1999 update.
